Official refund terms and timeline for delegate registrations at the Neuraxial Anaesthesia Development Society Conference 2027.
Registration Cancellation Slabs
Refund percentages based on request submission date:
Before 31st October
On cancellation request submitted before 31st October, 80% amount will be refunded.
Before 30th November 2026
On cancellation request submitted before 30th November 2026, 50% amount will be refunded.
Before 15th December 2026
On cancellation request submitted before 15th December 2026, 25% amount will be refunded.
After 15th December 2026
NO AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED on cancellation of the registration after 15th December 2026.
Duplicate Payments & Technical Error Clause
If the registration amount is deducted twice due to technical errors, 100% will be refunded after deducting standard payment gateway transaction charges (3.6%).
How to Submit a Cancellation Request
To request a registration cancellation or refund for duplicate deduction, please send an email with your Registration ID, Full Name, Payment Receipt, and Bank Account details to the conference registration desk:
